How quickly are wholesale applications approved?+
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. Complex tax-exempt or government accounts can take 2–3 days while we verify your documents.
What are your minimum order sizes?+
There is no minimum to order. Volume discounts apply automatically per order — a tier-2 break starts at 125 tests in a single order, with deeper breaks at 525 and 2,025 tests. Standing high-volume accounts can also negotiate per-SKU contract pricing.
Do you offer NET 30 terms to every wholesale customer?+
NET 30 is available after credit approval. Most accounts spending $500+ per month qualify. We may set an initial credit limit and increase it after a few on-time payments.

Do your kits include all the panels we need?+
