Shipping Policy & Returns

It is the goal of Magenta Drug Test to provide complete customer satisfaction. We make every effort to ship your order quickly, accurately, and in a way that protects the integrity of the diagnostic products inside.
Processing time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.
- B2B orders requiring credit approval may take an additional 1 business day.
Shipping methods & cost
We offer three speeds at checkout. Cost is calculated live by parcel weight and destination — there is no flat handling charge and no hidden markup.

The carrier is selected automatically based on your address, parcel weight, and chosen speed.
Promotional shipping offers
From time to time we may run promotional or reduced-rate shipping offers (for example, on qualifying order subtotals to continental U.S. customers). Magenta Drug Test reserves the right to modify or withdraw any shipping promotion at any time, with or without notice.
Title, risk of loss & FOB terms
All sales ship FOB origin / FOB shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the goods are tendered to the carrier at our facility. From that point the buyer is responsible for the goods in transit. As a courtesy we will help you open and document a carrier claim, and in cases of confirmed carrier loss or damage we will ship a replacement (see "Lost or stolen" and "Damaged shipments" below).
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, plus DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses through the website.
For Canadian or other international fulfillment, contact our wholesale team — we can quote a freight-forwarder arrangement for qualifying volume. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Magenta Drug Test.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes for Expedited or Overnight orders (carrier restriction).
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also see tracking under Account → Orders → [order].
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain corrugated boxes with no Magenta branding visible on the outside.
Professional-use products
Certain items are FDA-cleared and labeled "For Professional Use Only" and "Not for Home Use." If you purchase a product designated for professional use and use it for personal/home use, no refund will be honored and all manufacturer warranties automatically expire. Please confirm a product's intended use before ordering, or contact us with any questions.
Refused, undeliverable & address accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. Magenta Drug Test will not refund delivery costs for refused deliveries or for packages that remain undeliverable after repeated carrier attempts.
- Packages returned by the carrier as undeliverable will be re-shipped at your cost.
- Refunds for refused or unclaimed shipments will be net of original shipping and a restocking fee (see Refund Policy).
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with neighbors and your building's front desk.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "Delivered" before they actually arrive.
- File a claim with the carrier using the tracking number.
- Contact support@magentadrugtest.com with your order number — we will help you work with the carrier and, in cases of confirmed carrier loss, will ship a replacement.
Damaged shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box and contents before opening anything else and email support@magentadrugtest.com within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement and file the carrier claim on your behalf.
